dont go home over the semester break, at least not for longer than 3 weeks. also get a plus guarantee for your new laptop so that when you let it fall down, it'll get repaired.

start making pics that wouldve been impossible otherwise. go to places i otherwise cant go. sell the pics, make money. have fun. maybe prank people?

so i successfully ignored dA the last two weeks or somesuch. sorry about that, i'll catch up with the messages now!
so i'm visiting my parents over the semester break, play games, play with their dog, visit a few friends, chill out, write some stuff, take some pics, draw some stuff, continue plotting, read some books, watch some movies, and generally won't think about university.

So there was this kickass storm raging over Berlin this night, and I had both windows open because can and also because I love storms and suddenly I feel water spraying on me, but the window is 5 metres from my bed, so I go oh shit and go close the windows, the metre in front of the window is already soaked and swimming, and I hear it sizzle silently and the lights on the modem go out... >_< The router is still ok, but the modem isn't reacting anymore. I left it to dry until this morning, but it still doesn't react! I still hope it will restart later, otherwise I'm pretty much screwed (and have to contact my internet provider...).



EDIT 05.07.12: My new modem has arrived (while I was at university xxD), and it works flawlessly. Meaning: I have internet at home again!! :

When I was little, I made a window colour bat for my father, and it has been on a water glass ever since. When I was at home over the semester break, I noticed that it showed signs of age, and that it really was the work of a little girl that didn't quite understand how bats worked (for one thing, no eyes. oops.), so I planned on making a new and better one for his birthday. Thing is, I hadn't touched my old window colour bottles in at least five years... About half of them are stone cold dead and completely unusable (almost all of the cheap ones save one or two, and even some of the more expensive ones, but those that were most expensive are still completely fine), so the bat is coloured in a quite pretty mixture of two hues of blue, a greenish blue (or is it already a blueish green? idk.) and silver. Now it only needs to dry

That being said, I'll take the 18 still intact bottles with me to Berlin, stock up on the colours that went bad and window colour the hell out of them. My bath room is really bleak, as are my windows (no shutters or curtains) and the kitchen will also get some pictures, as will my doors.
So, what will I create?
First and foremost, Pokemon. Pokemon, Pokemon, Pokemon. Water and Ice Pokemon for the bath room, fire and plant Pokemon for the kitchen, and I'll put my favourites in there somewhere, too.
Oh, and Homestuck trolls. Can't forget them
